Baja California Activities
There are so many Los Cabos activities that you can get actively involved with. You’ll have much more to remember about your Baja California vacation than just the perfect weather, and the gorgeous scenery. From a relaxing Los Cabos cruise to excitement filled Jet skis, there’s something for everyone to savor.
A break from from laying by the villa pool will make a world of difference to your Los Cabos vacation. Don’t lay there for your whole vacation, and then wish you tried something else. They’re all there 5 – 10 minutes from where you’ll be staying.
Cabo San Lucas ATV tour
You’ll gain some knowledge about the Los Cabos desert terrain with a Los Cabos ATV tour. All you need is a quick course to learn how to have a spin on an ATV then you’re off. You’ll be taken around private desert roads, have breaks for refreshments, and be educated about the desert you’re riding through. The tour is set at an easy pace so you’re not in a race and forever trying to catch up. Don’t forget to take your camera with you as you’ll get some nice photos of the Los Cabos desert.
Take a dip with the dolphins
Another one of the many Cabo San Lucas activities you can take part in is swimming along side the dolphins. These sea creatures are beautiful as well as intelligent. You’ll enjoy the pleasure of getting to know one of the dolphins, and be able to pet them. Taking a dip with the dolphins, and gaining knowledge about them is an amazing experience.
Whale watching
From the months of January to April whale watching is a big reason why people take a vacation in Baja California. The whales swim down to the warmer water in Los Cabos, and it offers you the opportunity to get as close as possible to these magnificent creatures. You can get close enough to place your hand on them on many of the whale watching expeditions.
Baja cruise
Another one of those relaxing Baja California activities is a Cabo cruise. You get to see a sunset over the Pacific Ocean which is the perfect way to finish your day. These set out in the early evening, and take you around Lover’s Beach and the Archway, and you finish up witnessing the sun setting. You get plenty of drinks as well to enjoy while you’re watching the sun set.
Snorkeling cruises are available as well so you can get a close up view of some of the Los Cabos marine life. The waters are nutrient rich in Los Cabos which Is why it’s a good dwelling for the fish.
Jet skiing in Cabo San Lucas
Jet skiing in Baja California is an simple, enjoyable of getting out onto the water. You can just take a stroll down to El Medano Beach, and you’ll find a few vendors who you rent the jet skis or wave runners from.
They’re easy to ride, all you need is a quick lesson, and you’ll be skimming over the waves in no time. The only thing you need to look out for is other jet skiers, and make sure you don’t ride around the Archway onto the Pacific Ocean.
Enjoy yourself
Baja California is an excellent place for a vacation. It’s not a massive place, but there’s a lot to do. It could be a shame to have a totally relaxing vacation, and then miss out on one of the Baja California activities you could have experienced.
